Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of light or fat free Wishbone or Kraft Italian salad dressing (Sorry Dad, you know me, I had to modify it)
- 1 head fresh broccoli
- 1 head fresh cauliflower
- 1 box cherry or grape tomatoes
- 3-5 celery stalks, sliced into short pieces (not sticks)
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1 small bag baby carrots
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- a few radishes, sliced
- 1 can black olives, whole and drained
- Any veggies can be added or omitted from this recipe
Directions:
- Wash and prepare the above ingredients.
- Add all the ingredients in an airtight container or bag and shake to mix.
- Shake occasinally throughout the day.
