Sugar cookies... dietitian style
Ingredients:
- 1 stick Smart Balance Butter (softened)
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup white sugar (or half white sugar and half powdered sugar)
- 1/4 cup Splenda
- 1/2 cup Fiber One Original Cereal bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
Direction:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Combine all ingredients and gently mix until just combined. (Dont over mix because Splenda doesnt respond well to over stirring and flour will become tougher)
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until cookies are brown around edges.
